    This is good and very simple to make, except I found that 5 min. is too long for Egg Beaters to cook covered. Probably should have turned burner to low heat after adding the sausage and onion.

    I did make this recipe. I believe I found it in the Sunday newspaper insert. It had recipes and coupons for the grocery store. It was very good and extremely easy to make. It was a big hit on Sunday morning.
