After peeling oranges, cut down against either side of the membrane "dividers" with a sharp knife, then lift out the orange sections. Be sure to do this over a bowl to minimize the mess.

I've made this a few times, it's a nice refreshing salad. I substituted seedless clementines for the naval oranges and left off the green onions.

I made this for a group of women to go with our dinner meal. It was refreshing.they were all crazy for it. I used mandarin oranges. also added avocado.
