Rated 5 out of 5 by from I throw in whatever is in the veggie crisper. I throw in whatever is in the veggie crisper. It has included all 4 colors of peppers, cucumber, sometimes a bit of celery, sweet onion, broccoli, cauliflower, a few sliced radishes, sliced olives, cheese cubes and always zesty Italian dressing. When I'm finished I have enough for a lot of people or it will last almost a week. It's a wonderful way to get your veggies. I've even been known to have some for breakfast!

Tri-color rotini and Zesty Italian dressing are the staples of this recipe, I've added diced chicken breast, salami or pepperoni to the recipe to "bulk" it up.

My version is black olives cherry tomatoes,chunks of mozzarella cheese,red pepper,pepperoni,artichoke hearts, sprinkle parm cheese 1\2 c. Rotini pasta.
