Rated 5 out of 5 by from I throw in whatever is in the veggie crisper. I throw in whatever is in the veggie crisper. It has included all 4 colors of peppers, cucumber, sometimes a bit of celery, sweet onion, broccoli, cauliflower, a few sliced radishes, sliced olives, cheese cubes and always zesty Italian dressing. When I'm finished I have enough for a lot of people or it will last almost a week. It's a wonderful way to get your veggies. I've even been known to have some for breakfast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BIG HIT! BIG HIT!! I've been preparing this dish for the last 3 years and each time I get rave reviews from everyone. Whenever there's any type of gathering, I'm always asked to prepare this recipe for them. At my home gatherings, it is a staple dish prepared. I always make extra for guest to take home but there's never any remaining leftovers. I do also add to this recipe cucumbers and grape tomatoes and use the tri-color rotini pasta. I would recommend to prepare this recipe the night before. It will enhance the flavor of the pasta salad. Overall, it is simply DELISH!!

I have been ****** this for years and add whatever veggies I have a taste for when I make it. Tri-color rotini and Zesty Italian dressing are the staples of this recipe, I've added diced chicken breast, salami or pepperoni to the recipe to "bulk" it up.

I use the tri-color rotini pasta, add some salami chunks, mozzarella cubes, drained, chopped artichoke hearts & cherry tomatoes. It is a hit everytime I make it. My dad does not eat veggies & absolutely loves this recipe! I also do not use the fat-free or low fat dressing as it tends to dry the pasta out.
