Very delicious, but the next time I make this, it will have a couple minor adjustments: 1) my husband doesn't like tomatoes very well, & this recipe calls for 3 c., which is about 4 roma tomatoes - I will probably only do 2 roma tomatoes next time; 2)it is very bland unless you add salt - I'm not one to normally add much salt to my recipes, but it made a huge difference for the better. Now all you need is some garlic bread & a good glass of wine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from i made vegan "parmesan" with this meal, with 1/8C of bread crumbs & nutritional yeast. i made vegan "parmesan" with this meal, with 1/8C of bread crumbs & nutritional yeast. for tomatoes i used heirlooms picked fresh from the garden, along with basil too. i used much more basil then the recipe called for. we like garlic, so i used two cloves. and instead of bowtie, we used fusilli pasta. this was a wonderful way to use up some veggies from the garden. i'll definitly make it again, and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is so flavorful and quick! This recipe is so flavorful and quick!! I also used two cans of the italian recipe canned tomatoes and skipped the basil and for the cheese I found a blend of Mozz and Asiago with garlic flavor already added but still used a little bit of garlic powder. My boyfriend says it was the best recipe we've tried yet!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, elegant, and real quick. Simple, elegant, and real quick. A lovely, no-fuss pasta that does not have to be dressed up with sauce or other bells and whistles. There's something about the combination of basil and garlic in any dish that I find irresistible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought this was a wonderful recipe! I thought this was a wonderful recipe! It was easy, looked fancy, and tasted like something I'd order from an Italian restaurant. My husband needed to add chicken to his for a heartier meal, also very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe! I love this recipe! It is wonderful and has a fresh light flavor. We couldn't find the baged cheese blend so we used Kraft parmesan and romano from the cans which worked as a terrific subsitute.
