What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef

1/4

cup chopped onions

Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

KRAFT 2% Milk Monterey Jack Singles

hamburger buns, split

Tbsp. ketchup

1/2

tsp. Italian seasoning

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX meat, onions and dressing; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 4 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with 2% Milk Singles. Place buns, cut-sides down, on grate of grill next to burgers. Grill 1 min. or until buns are lightly toasted and Singles are melted.

MIX ketchup and seasoning. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with ketchup mixture and tops of buns.

I should start off by saying that I used white cheddar cheese slices instead of monterey singles, as my grocery store didn't carry them. My picky eater daughter loved this and ate almost all of it; however, as far as my taste goes, the flavors were too simple, and I probably would not make this again if my daughter didn't ask me to.

This is the best burger ever. It was so juicy and very tasty. I mixed the seasoning in with the burger instead of the ketchup. It was awesome and my family thought so too. This is my go to recipe for burgers from now on.

I used sun dried tomato vinagrette dressing and it turned out very well. My husband is a burger fiend and he thought they were excellent.
