What You Need

 boneless pork chop (2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1
pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1-1/2
cups  spaghetti sauce
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

COAT chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix.

PLACE chops in 15x10x1-inch pan.

BAKE 15 min. or until done (160°F); top with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake 10 min. or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted.

For A Delicious Meal Under 500 Calories
Serve each chop with 3/4 cup each hot cooked spaghetti and steamed broccoli florets.
Variation
Heat oven to 400°F. Substitute 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.) for the pork chops. Coat with coating mix and place in pan as directed. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Continue as directed.
Special Extra
Add 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese to the coating mix before using to coat chops.
