What You Need

1
lb.  potatoes
1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
2
tsp.  dried tarragon leaves
1
can  (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
1
cup  cut-up green beans, cooked, cooled

Make It

CUT potatoes into cubes. Cook in boiling water for 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool completely.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Cooking Know-How
Potato salads taste better once the flavors are allowed to blend. In fact, they can be made a day in advance. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
How to Cook Fresh Green Beans
When cooking fresh green beans, use a large enough pot or microwavable dish to avoid overcrowding them. Be careful not to overcook fresh beans--they should be cooked just until crisp-tender. Overcooking robs them of their bright green color and fresh flavor.
Food Facts
When cooking and cubing potatoes for salads or other dishes, use new potatoes for the best results. These small potatoes have a waxy texture which helps them to retain their shape when cooked and cut.
