Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy never tasted better! Quick and easy never tasted better! This is the perfect meal to throw together after a long day at work. I made it as the recipie directed the first time and it turned out well. The second time I used one green bell pepper and one red bell pepper and doubled the cheese mixing one cup of mozzarella into the dish and layering the other cup on top. Yummy! My husband loved it and we will definately be adding this recipie to my weeknight favorites.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from INCREDIBLE recipe! INCREDIBLE recipe! For many reasons: taste was fabulous... time it took was so fast... and a small and AFFORDABLE amount of ingredients. I found that the best sauce to use is Newman's Own "Sockarooni". It adds an extra kick! Plus, my boyfriend and I used Hot Italian Sausage. This has become a new favourite of the two of well as it tastes JUST AS GOOD as a leftover the following day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic. Fantastic. So easy to make. We were having company and didn't know when they were coming, so I cut the peppers and make the pasta the night before. When ready to prepare dinner, finished the dish in no time at all. It was a huge hit and I had to copy the recipe for them. clmsunbeam

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is wonderful! This recipe is wonderful! It's extremely easy to make but when you're done it tastes as good as if you went to an expensive Italian restaurant! I have also made it with rotini pasta and a combination of green and red peppers and it's just as pretty as the orginial recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, healthy and delicious! Fast, healthy and delicious! Even my spaghetti hating children (that's how picky they are) loved it. One kid even had seconds! I made a few tweaks, nothing major. Instead of two green peppers, I used one along with an onion. I also used chicken/pork italian sausage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this the other night for dinner. I made this the other night for dinner. It was easy to make and tasted great with the green peppers. I used small sausage links instead of the large ones. Other than that I didn't need to make any changes.
