  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook sausage and peppers in large skillet on medium-high heat 15 min., stirring peppers and turning sausage occasionally. Stir in sauce; cover. Simmer on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.

Substitute

Prepare using Italian turkey sausage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, healthy and delicious! Fast, healthy and delicious! Even my spaghetti hating children (that's how picky they are) loved it. One kid even had seconds! I made a few tweaks, nothing major. Instead of two green peppers, I used one along with an onion. I also used chicken/pork italian sausage.
