  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown sausage in large deep skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
  • Add dressing, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes with liquid; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add VELVEETA, rice and water; stir. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until rice is tender and casserole is heated through.

Special Extra

Stir in 1 minced garlic clove and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves with the tomatoes.


Prepare as directed, using 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2% Milk VELVEETA and instant brown rice.
