Rated 5 out of 5 by from These meatballs are so delicious. These meatballs are so delicious. My family loved them. I added 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 2 tb. of chopped green bell pepper, and 1/4 ts. of oregano. I prefer my meatballs moist and this recipe is perfect. I don't own a lot of professional bakeware; but I came up with a way to make your meatballs less greasy. Take a rectangular, shallow baking dish and line it with aluminum foil; on top of this add a cooling rack. Spray the rack with baking spray and put your meatballs on top. This way your meatballs do not soak up all that grease and clean-up is easier.

The only thing that could have made them any better would have been adding some sausage or hot sauce or something to give them a little kick. They weren't necessarily bland but they could have used a little spice. The texture was great, the taste was great, everything was good about them. I will be making them again.

I didn't have stuffing mix on hand, so I left that and the water out; also I forgot about the garlic until we were eating dinner. But this was the first time I baked meatballs; usually I make them in the crockpot. I will be making these again, but with garlic next time. I will never go back to crockpot meatballs again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from delicious! delicious! i cut the recipe in half, because there's only two of us, but it was great. i recommend, however, throwing in some extra spices. i read from some reviews that the meatballs were bland. So I added a pinch more garlic and about a tablespoon of italian herb seasoning. They were delicious! Almost better than my mom's real authentic italian meatballs. Very easy to do meal - a must!

All I had was Stove Top Savory Stuffing - I put extra garlic and added pork (because i always do for meatballs)... but they were really flavorful. I was scared that they were going to be dry. I did make more than 24 meat balls ... and they were still moist and really really tasty! I'd make this again - I"m thinking about making this for a party!

They went over really well--there were none left! I will definitely use them again. I made them ahead of time, froze them, and baked right before my guests arrived. I think they would also be good with any of several types of sauces. Thanks for this great time saver.

Alot more moist that frying them in the skillet. Plus it was so much easier cooking them in the oven. I added some extra italian seasoning and some onion and accidentially forgot to add the parmesan cheese, but they were still very good. I will make these agian!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these a froze them. I made these a froze them. Later in the week we had friends for dinner, 6 of us to be exact. I made my own spagetti sauce and added the meatballs only to get them warmed and saturated in sauce. They were wonderful. Everyone loved them, and there were none left. They froze beautifully and made my dinner so much easier and delicious!
