  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese and peppers until blended.
  • Top each chicken breast with 1 Singles piece. Spread with cream cheese mixture; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with pasta sauce. Cover.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Top chicken with remaining Singles pieces; bake, uncovered, 3 to 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Substitute 2 sliced green onions for the 1/2 cup chopped green peppers.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and slice of French bread to round out the meal.

Made a few adjustments though: I used the Garden Style cream cheese instead of regular, added in some red onion with the green pepper and used slices of pepperjack. I make my own spagheti sauce with fresh tomatoes too so that was even extra tasty! Served over spaghetti noodles! Yum!

I put the leftovers in the freezer and had 2 more dinners! It reheated well on a baking stone..350 degrees for about 20 mins. I will make this again for company!

The American cheese on this does not look appetizing so I used shredded mozzarella instead and green onions instead of peppers, it was a hit, even my kids liked it. Served it with buttered pasta and roasted zucchini.
