Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS!!!! The kids loved it! The only thing I did differently is that I chopped the peppers and at the end I added mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken. When I placed the chicken back in the skillet, I used my spatula to pick up the peppers and I sprinkled them on top of the chicken. I later added slices of the cheese on top and when it melted, it kept everything together, juicy and delicious! Fast, easy & DELICIOUS-- I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Instead of leaving the chicken breast whole, I cut them up into bite sized pieces. Instead of leaving the chicken breast whole, I cut them up into bite sized pieces. I then seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic and crushed basil leaves, added green peppers and served it over egg noodles. It was amazing! I definitely recommend this recipe!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very easy to make with simple ingredients. Very easy to make with simple ingredients. Had good flavor, but was a little TOO simple. However, it was a good dish when made with rice... Use the rest of the chicken broth to replace the water when making your rice. It adds good flavor.
