I especially liked that it was quick and easy - a great recipe for weeknights after work! I used 1 cup of dressing instead and I also took the other person's suggestion and sprinkled just a little bit of garlic salt (we love garlic).

They ate so much there wasn't any leftovers for my mother! It was very good and just right. I did take note of another review that said to add a little extra dressing so I upped it by a 1/4 cup. It was excellent and will be made again!

My 17-year-old daughter and I found this recipe easy, quick, and adaptable (we plan on trying different vegetable combinations). The dressing gave the chicken enough flavor that extra seasoning (salt) wasn't needed, plus the chicken turned out moist and tender. In addition, it was an attractive, appetizing dish.

The true test was my husband (who's pretty picky) and he liked it and said to fix it again. I used fat free dressing and brown rice, so it was a very healthy meal too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was quick and easy and pretty light. This was quick and easy and pretty light. I really enjoyed this healthy meal, although I would have like the chicken to have more flavor, so next time I will probably marinate the chicken a little while in the Italian dressing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy & quick to put together. Very easy & quick to put together. If you like a little extra spice, I added a little cajun seasoning to the chicken when it first is being cooked. A definite meal for those nights when time is important, and so is a good meal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe was fast and easy. This recipe was fast and easy. The italian dressing tasted a little different with the flavor of the plain white rice. I may have to change that the next time that I make it.
