What is the nutrition information for just the chicken?
This was so much better than I expected it to be even! Great flavor! Perfect amount of crunchiness of the outside and so moist on the inside. I used the extra crispy shake n bake. I also paired this with the farmers' market squash saute recipe instead of the rice and veggies. Perfect together!
