I made this for my daughter's birthday and it was great, recieved many complements, everyone thought I had catered the event, the only thing I did different was that I used some prepared pesto and mayo one the sub instead of onions and red peppers.

I did something a little different, I cut the large sandwich down into smaller ones, wrapped them in foil and put them in the oven to heat thru. this makes a great hot sub!!!
