Food Facts
Breads come in all shapes, sizes, textures and colors, and can be made with many different types of flour. Use fresh breads within a few days of purchase as they may not contain preservatives. Store at room temperature in airtight plastic bags. Breads with chewy crusts should be wrapped in a towel to preserve the chewy texture. Bread can easily be frozen to enjoy later! Make sure the bread is double-wrapped in foil or plastic wrap and/or sealed in a freezer bag. Properly wrapped bread can be frozen up to 6 months.
