Less fats for me the better, my taste buds have had tasted recipes with loads of fats ,but when your body has enough fat to live for years, less in this case is better, But what counts for me is, what it dose to the body . My taste buds have learned to do what I wants and in the pass I was not taking care of it So low fat and no fat is the key for me for this season of my life. Plus saves me load of time to make and prepare.that is a wonderful journey I can live with. plus i heard that kraft goes a to great extremes to give us the best, and Mom and my aunts always depended on Kraft. To serve to the table to show love to us and friends.
