  • Place dressing mix, water and vinegar in cruet or other container with tight-fitting lid. Add oil; cover. Shake until well blended.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the dressing; toss lightly. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.

Storage Know-How

Store remaining dressing, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Use as desired.

    I made this dish for my family and they loved it. I also made this for a pot luck dish at work and it was a big hit. very colorful and tastes great! I love this dish!

    I made this for several parties and everyone ate it up. I did add a habanero hot sauce to it to give it a little kick because I thought the dressing needed something more.

    i really liked the flavors. thought it needed just a little something extra though so i added some grated parmesan cheese and salami. just right.
