    MY FIANCE' AND I STARTED COOKING TOGETHER EVERY FRIDAY, TO COOK SOMETHING NEW EACH END OF THE WEEK, AND THIS WAS OUR FIRST RECIPE TOGETHER... I HAVE TO SAY THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND FAVORITE DISH, IT CAME OUT SOOO DELICIOUS, AND WE PAIRED IT WITH MOSCATO WINE, IT WAS LIKE EATING A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN, THE BACON AND THE ARRUGULA REALLY GIVE THE OVER ALL FLAVOR DEPTH. THIS WAS EXCELLENT.
