This is a really good dessert. I added a few drops of yellow food coloring, and also added some other sweetner, splenda, or sweet & low--whatever you prefer, this way it wasn't so tart, using 1 envelope at a time and then tasting it until I liked the taste. I made this for my diebetic father, he raved about it. Then I got the extra serving graham cracker crust and doubled the other ingredients to serve more.I took a double pie to my husband's aunt (she is 91) for her birthday. She also raved about it and I sent her the recipe. She couldn't believed the taste. I am always looking for easy recipes like this one with such low sugar. Another time I doubled the recipe, & the store was out of the block cream cheese, so I used the whipped one one in the small tub, used 2 tubs and I didn't have to add any milk. Worked great!! am anxious to try the other flavors of crystal lite in my next pie.
