Make It

SPREAD 1 of the graham squares with frosting; place, frosting side down, on cardboard square to form bottom of box. Stand remaining graham squares around base cracker to form box, attaching side crackers to bottom square with frosting.

STACK 11 of the wafers, spreading frosting between wafers to secure. Place in prepared box. Attach 1 of the gumdrops to 1 end of each licorice piece with frosting; attach to the wafer stack with frosting for the "arms."

ATTACH 1 of the gum pieces to each corner of the box with frosting. Frost top of remaining wafer; attach toothpick to back of the wafer with frosting, then attach to the wafer stack for the head, using more frosting. Attach the remaining gumdrop to the top of the head for the hat. Cut long side of remaining gum pieces; attach to wafer stack with frosting for a ruffled collar. Decorate face and box with cinnamon candies, halved jelly beans and graham snacks.
