  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Prepare Dinner as directed on package except do not top with Bread Crumb Topping. Stir in jalapeños and chipotle peppers; cook 1 min. or until heated through.
  • Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with onions and crumb topping.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad to round out the meal.

Special Extra

For more heat, increase the jalapeño slices to 2 to 3 Tbsp. Or for a zestier (but not hotter) dish, increase the chipotle peppers instead.

    This recipe was ok. It was spicy, which was good and bad. Of course the kids wouldn't touch it, but my husband ate half the pan! I might make it again with a few tweaks, like adding cheese on top and maybe a little less chilies.
