You might have ended up with plain old cheeseburgers—until you decided to stuff them with pickled jalapeño peppers and top them with creamy guacamole.

What You Need

 pickled jalapeño peppers, divided
large  fully ripe avocado, mashed
cup   finely chopped onions, divided
Tbsp.   chopped fresh cilantro
Tbsp.  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
cloves  garlic, minced, divided
lb.  lean ground beef
 KRAFT Singles
 hamburger buns

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

CHOP 1 pepper; mix with avocados, 2 Tbsp. onions, cilantro, mayo and 1/3 of the garlic. Refrigerate until ready to use.

CUT each of the remaining peppers into 6 slices. Mix meat, remaining onions and garlic; shape into 16 (3-inch) patties. Place 3 pepper slices on center of each of 8 patties; cover with second patty. Press edges together to seal.

GRILL 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping burgers with Singles and toasting buns, cut-sides down, on the grill for the last minute.

FILL buns with burgers and guacamole.

Make Ahead
Guacamole can be prepared ahead of time. To prevent if from turning brown, add about 1 tsp. lime juice to guacamole. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Singles and KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
