I make mashed potatoes, but I add oven roasted or microwaved (about 4-5) cloves of fresh garlic to freshly boiled diced (drained) potatoes along with a Tbsp of Italian seasoning, butter or margarine, pepper and salt to taste, and of course about a 1/2 cup of Kraft Mozarrella Cheese. I manually hand mash this mixture together first and then mix to a smoother texture with my hand electric mixer until it becomes a much smoother and whipped texture. My family loves this. It is very flavorful!

Hubby took his first bite, had a confused look on his face and asked what I had done different to the gravy! After his initial shock, he had seconds.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The bacon was great, but couldn't taste the sour cream. The bacon was great, but couldn't taste the sour cream. I added some minced onions and garlic, which seemed to help. Wasn't quite as flavorful as I had hoped, but it was a nice twist on mashed potatos.
