2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Pineapple Orange Flavor Gelatin
few drops of each of 4 different colors gel food coloring (blue, green, orange and red)
1 cup canned sweetened condensed milk

Bring 2 cups water to boil. Add to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Remove 2 Tbsp. gelatin and divide among 4 small bowls, adding 1-1/2 tsp. gelatin to each bowl. Add a different color food coloring and 1 tsp. of the remaining water to gelatin in each bowl; stir until blended.
Add sweetened condensed milk to remaining gelatin; mix well. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Place one end of drinking straw in one bowl of colored gelatin, then place finger over other end of straw. Keeping finger pressed into top of straw, move straw over top of gelatin in pan, then remove finger from top of straw to drop colored gelatin over gelatin mixture in pan; repeat until all of that color gelatin has been used, then repeat with remaining colored gelatins. Swirl gently with toothpick.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Use 2-inch cookie cutters to cut gelatin into 14 decorative shapes, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan. Lift JIGGLERS® from pan. Reserve scraps for snacking. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
