  • Spray inside of bean mold with cooking spray. Place mold, fill side up, on tray.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into measuring cup with pour spout. Immediately pour into mold, filling each bean completely. (Any remaining gelatin mixture can be poured into custard cup.)
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm. Tilt mold on slight angle over plate. Using moist fingertips, gently scoop beans out of mold. Keep refrigerated.

Important Note

Do not swallow JELL-O Beans whole.

Serving Suggestion

Kids really go for this fun recipe. While they're unmolding the beans, you can prepare a fruit salad to serve along with the bean treats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I started making jell-o beans as a fun, easy snack for my kids. I started making jell-o beans as a fun, easy snack for my kids. They enjoyed them so much that I began bringing them to any gathering that kids would attend (along with a salad for the adults since I assumed this was geared toward kids). I received so many compliments and requests from the adults that it is now a dish that I am expected to make any time I go anywhere!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are so fun! These are so fun! I made a bunch of different colored ones and threw them all in a glass bowl, they looked great! When everyone was getting a little tired of them, a couple days later, I mixed in some cool whip and it was a hit! It looked like stained glass, and was gone before I knew it! They will for sure be on my table this and every Easter from now on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are a simple and fun snack to make for children and adults to enjoy. These are a simple and fun snack to make for children and adults to enjoy. I make them for all occassions(birthdays, easter, chrismas, even to recover from an illness where liquids are a must)! I have relatives asking me to borrow my jello mold all the time or make the beans for them! (It's also easier on children's teeth then jelly beans.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I purchased from Walmart the Jello & bean mold. I purchased from Walmart the Jello & bean mold. The large box is to much for one bean mold. So I cut the contents in half before making. A few years ago I purchased the large egg mold. Will you be selling the large egg molds again? I've talked to several people that have one of the molds & would like to purchase more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These beans were so much fun! These beans were so much fun! I sent them to school with my kids and their teachers couldn't serve them fast enough. I wish I would have discovered this treasure before now. I also found that letting them sit in the fridge for 45 min. + made it much easier to get them out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Jell-o! I love Jell-o! And I'm always looking for a new 'creative' way to use it! Since Easter is the holiday that I host at my home, these were a great change of pace. My family calls me the 'Jell-o Master' since there is always some new way I'm trying it. The kids love these!!!
