Stir 3/4 cup boiling water into 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate 30 min. for soft-set gelatin or 1 to 1-1/2 hours for firm gelatin. Do not use when preparing gelatin molds.
