STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to juice to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate 10 min. or until slightly thickened.
STIR in fruit. Pour into glass bowl or 6 dessert dishes.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm.
