I was looking for a recipe that I could make with my grandson, and this was perfect!

This is a great, refreshing dessert during the heat of summer. My favorite combo's are a lemon cake w/lime jell-o and an orange cake w/pineapple jell-o. Both have just enough tang to wake up those taste buds.

This cake was a change and was different. Everyone loves jello so I knew that it wasn't going to last to long! I will make it again.
