JELL-O® Rainbow

Five different colors of flavored gelatin are cut into cubes and arranged on a tray to form a rainbow. Whipped-topping “clouds” are added for dipping.

cups boiling water, divided

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor,

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

STIR 1-1/4 cups of the boiling water into each flavor dry gelatin in separate bowls at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate 8- or 9-inch square pans.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Cut gelatin in each pan into 1-inch cubes.

ARRANGE the gelatin cubes in rows on a large tray or baking sheet to resemble a rainbow, using a different color of gelatin in each row and double stacking the cubes if necessary to fit on tray. Spoon whipped topping evenly into 2 small serving bowls. Place 1 bowl at each end of the rainbow to resemble "clouds." To serve, dip the gelatin cubes into the whipped topping.

Substitute

To kick the flavor up a notch, prepare as directed using your favorite flavors of JELL-O X-Treme Gelatin, such as Watermelon, Green Apple and Wild Berry Flavors.

Take Along

If taking this dessert to serve elsewhere, place each color of gelatin cubes in a separate airtight container and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Arrange on tray with the whipped topping as directed just before serving.
