Prepare using other seasonal fresh berries, such as blueberries, raspberries or a mixture of berries.
Prepare gelatin mixture as directed, but do not stir in strawberries. Spoon 1-1/2 cups of the strawberries evenly into 6 dessert dishes; top with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and berries just before serving.
The strawberries in these low-fat desserts are an excellent source of vitamin C!

The cool whip mixed clumpy and did not look creamy at all. The instructions viewed to gently stir in cool whip and berries. I feel the cool whip should have been mixed well into the Jell-O.
this is a great dessert! I've already made it several different ways lemon flavored is wonderful with blueberries or just plain.It's so cool and refreshing.I will not get tired of this recipe with all the different flavors and fruit!
