  • Toss coleslaw blend with dressing and half the onions; set aside. Toss chicken with jerk seasoning.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick pan on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done.
  • Spoon chicken onto tortillas; top with coleslaw, cheese and remaining onions. Roll up.

Special Equipment Needed


If you don't have jerk seasoning, you can easily make your own. Combine 1 tsp. each brown sugar and crushed dried thyme leaves with 1/4 tsp. each black pepper, ground allspice, ground red pepper (cayenne) and salt. Use this to season the chicken instead of the 1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning listed in recipe.
