  • Heat panini grill sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Cut roll horizontally in half. Hollow out both halves of roll slightly; discard removed bread or reserve for another use.
  • Spread bottom half of roll with mayo; fill with remaining ingredients. Cover with top of roll.
  • Grill 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown.


Prepare using a 6-inch piece of a French bread baguette.

    I thought this recipe was great and super simple for a week night meal. We used the Tuscan House Italian dressing instead of what the recipe called for and it was still great. We served with apple slices and just one sandwich was enough.
