These JET-PUFFED GHOSTMALLOWS Poke Cupcakes are as scrumptious as can be—but they're also sufficiently spooky for the Halloween dessert table.

What You Need

pkg.  (2-layer size) white cake mix
1
cup  boiling water
1
pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
 Orange or green food coloring
24
 JET-PUFFED GHOSTMALLOWS Marshmallows
 Suggested decorations: colored sugar, colored sprinkles

Make It

PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 min. Pierce tops with fork.

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Spoon over cupcakes. Refrigerate 30 min. Remove from pans.

TINT COOL WHIP with food coloring; spread over cupcakes. Top with marshmallows. Decorate as desired.
