  • Toss apples with lemon juice; drain. Place in 4-qt. bowl. Add cranberries; mix lightly.
  • Cover with layers of spinach, cheese and onions; drizzle with dressing.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Add nuts just before serving; mix lightly.
