Used mixed dry fruit instead of the cherries. Excellent.

This is wonderful, but I prefer a light balsamic or raspberry vinagrette dressing. Thank you.

I made this without the cherries and candied walnuts that I already had. It was delicious! I've made it several times and everyone who eats it raves on and on about it! Even if you don't like blue cheese, it's not overpowering and the combination of tastes is wonderful!
