Strips of carrots, celery, zucchini and red peppers are tossed with a sour cream and steak sauce dressing and served over lettuce for a tangy salad.

small  carrots, cut into matchstick strips

medium  celery stalks, cut into matchstick strips

small  zucchini, cut into matchstick strips
2
small  red peppers, cut into matchstick strips

cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4
cup  A.1. Original Sauce
2
Tbsp.  parsley flakes
4
 Boston lettuce leaves

Make It

TOSS vegetables in large bowl.

COMBINE sour cream, steak sauce and parsley. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 30 min. to allow flavors to blend. Serve on lettuce-covered salad plates.
