I used cornbread stuffing mix instead and based on other comments I added some onion and garlic. I also lightly coated them in tomato sauce instead of ketchup. This was very good and my husband and 10 year old son said to definately add this dish as one of their favorites! Will definately make this one again! Very, very easy!

My 12 yr old daughter will NOT eat meatballs so i formed the meat mixture into mini meatloafs and she devoured it! My whole family enjoyed these, i used very little ketchup on the top and left it as a dipping option. I omitted the ketchup on a few and served them to my husband with a mushroom brown gravy on top, he loved it! This will be a recipe I make very often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was approved by my husband and 8-year-old. Was approved by my husband and 8-year-old. Did make a couple of changed. First, did not put the cheese in because I didn't have any on hand (husband isn't a big fan of cheese anyway) and didn't add the ketchup, though my son and I dipped them in ketchup. Husband dipped in A-1. Would be great made as a meatloaf (basically what they are...little meatloafs!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are amazing! These are amazing! I made them with ground turkey instead of the beef. I also topped half of them with BBQ sauce and half with ketchup (for variety). My husband couldn't decide which one he liked best, because he liked them both so much! They were super easy to make and so tasty. I will definitely make these again! Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe tasted like a cheeseburger without the bun. This recipe tasted like a cheeseburger without the bun. I loved it and my husband and kids did too. I made the meatballs smaller so they were not so intimidating and they cooked faster. If you are looking for a traditional meatball this isn't the recipe for you, but if you want something different, I think it is worth a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So very easy to make and it came out delicious! So very easy to make and it came out delicious! A change I made was broiling the meatballs for the last 2 minutes (dish was in the middle rack of the oven). This browned the ketchup a bit and added a little crisp to it. In the future I might add a little brown sugar to the ketchup to get a bit of caramelization.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turned out Great. Turned out Great. I made a huge batch for a potluck, and put the cooked meatballs in a crock pot with BBQ Sauce. I would recommend adding water if you use a crock pot because after a few hours the meatballs dried out and lost a lot of flavor. There weren't very many left by that time though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As a picky eater I wasn't too keen on this recipe but I ended up loving it! As a picky eater I wasn't too keen on this recipe but I ended up loving it! This will go on my list of regulars. My husband was the one who did the cooking (which he hardly ever does) so it just goes to how show how easy and quick it really is! Tastes just like meatloaf but better.
