Pour over 2 lb. of your favorite kabob meat, such as chicken, beef or pork. Refrigerate up to 8 hours. Drain just before threading the meat onto the skewers and grilling until done, discarding the drained marinade. For added color and flavor, thread your choice of cut-up fresh vegetables onto the skewers alternately with the meat before cooking.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
