This cake was delicious and easy! I am a full-time working mom and easily put it together on a weeknight for a co-worker. It had great flavor and texture and the Oreo cookie pieces are a nice touch. I do recommend greasing your pan well! The only thing I might do differently next time is to use less Kahlua in the glaze and/or add a bit more powdered sugar. The alcohol flavor was a little strong and I found the glaze to be too runny. I will back off the booze a bit next time and try to thicken it up. Over all, a great cake!

I've made another similar to this but this was very tastes better the next day, or two once the kahlua sets in the cake. i did not care for it myself the first evening(sunday) but on Tues when I decided I would try again, oh my it was so much more moist and tasty!!
