Kickin' VELVEETA® Spinach Dip

What gives this Kickin' VELVEETA Spinach Dip its kick? Well, it's not the VELVEETA or spinach, so it must be the spicy tomatoes and chilies.

3 cups or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

What You Need

lb.  (16 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
can  (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

Make It

MICROWAVE VELVEETA and tomatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring every 2 min.

ADD spinach; stir. Microwave 2 min. or until heated through; stir.

SERVE hot with tortilla chips, crackers or fresh bread cubes.
