I've made this several times and it's always a big hit....never any leftover! I use more jalapeno than the recipe calls for and also top it with slices of jalapeno instead of the onion.
I love this recipe, I make for every Supper bowl and try different things. I have added beer, used pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar and different peppers including hot cow horn peppers, hot banana peppers.
