  • Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA and peppers; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with combined cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with onions.

    I love this recipe, I make for every Supper bowl and try different things. I have added beer, used pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar and different peppers including hot cow horn peppers, hot banana peppers.

    Added 2 extra jalapenos and even those that don't like spicy food enjoyed it! I also spread leftovers on a pizza crust and topped with buffalo chicken and mozzarella - excellent!
