I have made this recipe for years and both my husband and I love it. I usually make it with just spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese but I have made it with jack cheese and cheddar, its all good. I don't usually use pepperoni, I use whatever leftover meat I have, chicken or ground beef work really well. If it's too bland for you, try a different sauce. I add extra garlic and italian seasoning just because I like it with extra oomph. I do put onion on it and sometimes green pepper if I have it. This works great if you don't have a frozen pizza at home or don't want to go out for pizza.
