  • Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add rice, ham and 3 Tbsp. onions; stir-fry 4 min.
  • Add kimchi; stir-fry 3 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Cook eggs in small covered skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min. or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  • Spoon rice mixture into 2 bowls; drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with eggs and remaining onions.

Special Equipment Needed


For a meatless version, substitute extra chopped fresh vegetables, such as bell peppers, carrots and/or zucchini, for the ham.
