  • Cut thin slice off rounded bottom of each kiwi half; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Discard removed centers or reserve for snacking.
  • Mix pudding and extract; spoon into kiwi shells just before serving.
  • Top with COOL WHIP.

Variation

Prepare 1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding with 2 cups cold fat-free milk as directed on package. Use 1 cup pudding to fill the kiwi cups as directed just before serving. Refrigerate remaining prepared pudding to enjoy later.
