  • Mix first 6 ingredients until blended. Pour over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning steak after 2 hours.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill meat 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove from grill; cover. Let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, toss onions with oil. Grill 2 min. or until softened, turning once. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve with onions.
