Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have to say, I was disappointed. I have to say, I was disappointed. Sounded delicious, looked delicious, but it was quite bland. Needed more kick. We salt-and-peppered them afterwards, which helped, but they really need something (what, I can't put my finger on) before baking to boost the flavor. I'll try it again, but I will definitely be tweaking it. I was pleased with how easy it was, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was soooo good. This recipe was soooo good. I made it thinking that it would be a nice side dish for my baked chicken. It turned out to be the main course. Everyone wanted seconds and they loved it. The kinds put ketchup on it and said they were the best fries ever. I will make this over and over again.

I left the skins on and sprinkled with (real) bacon bits and cheddar cheese and then baked for 5-8 min. longer- Yum!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this last night and they turned out pretty good. I made this last night and they turned out pretty good. I did add salt/pepper and a little extra seasoning though. I shook all the ingredients & red potatoes in a ziplock bag to mix them together (easy cleanup).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a savory side dish. This is a savory side dish. A great variation from typical potato favorites. Depending on your taste you may want more or less seasoning and parmesan cheese. Excellent side dish to Easy Feta Chicken Bake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a definite winner at my house. This was a definite winner at my house. I wisked the oil, seasonings and garlic before tossing the potatoes in it. I recommend 3 cloves of garlic and especially some salt. We also used red potatoes.
