  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs in 15x10x1-inch baking pan lined with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour 15 min. Remove ribs from oven.
  • Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Remove ribs from pan; place on grate of grill. Cook 15 min., turning and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.

SO ON NIGHT TWO I LOGGED IN & FOUND THIS RECIPE. THEY CAME OUT FANTASTIC---FLAVORFUL & TENDER. SHE MODIFIED THE RECIPE BY DOING ALL OF THE COOKING IN THE OVEN BUT FOR THE SAME TOTAL TIME. SHE ALSO COOKED THEM IN A FOIL COVERED PAN FOR THE 1 hr & 15 min ADDING TWO ICE CUBES TO HELP WITH MOISTURE. FOR THE LAST 15 min SHE COOKED THEM UNCOVERED.

My 12 year old son loves to grill and this is something he asked to have for his Birthday. If kids will eat it you know it past the test. The ribs were tender, juicey and the hickory smoke sauce just gave it the kick, not that it was needed it . It was great

Can't cook anything w/o adding something-rubbed butter, salt, pepper, ground allspice, cinnamon, garlic & onion powder before cooking in oven. Still BBQ sauce when grilling. Everyone LOVED THEM!
