What You Need

pkg.  (12.6 oz.) KRAFT HOMESTYLE Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Creamy Parmesan Alfredo
Tbsp.  unsalted butter
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
cup  milk
 tomato, chopped
Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

COOK Macaroni as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until evenly browned. Stir in Seasoning Mix until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until sauce bubbles and thickens. Stir in Cheese Sauce; cook and stir on low heat 2 min. or until mixture is well blended.

DRAIN macaroni. (Do not rinse.) Add macaroni to chicken mixture with tomatoes, basil and Parmesan Cheese; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with mozzarella.

BAKE 5 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Omit chicken. Melt butter in same pan used to cook the Macaroni. Stir in Seasoning Mix until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir 5 min. or until sauce bubbles and thickens. Continue as directed with Cheese Sauce. Add 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts with the tomatoes, basil and Parmesan Cheese.
Substitute 1-1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves for the chopped fresh basil.
